Both rubber and polyurethane rollers are available in three durometers (hardness). The standard durometer for most inking applications is 30 durometer, suitable for lithographs, relief or monotypes. For viscosity printing a set of 3 rollers is generally used; 15, 30 and 50 durometer. Rubber rollers are the most durable and, with the proper care, can last a lifetime. Polyurethane rollers have a lifetime of approximately 10-15 years. Rollers are 4.75"in diameter. Please specify durometer when ordering.
