Solarplate Copper

This plate is especially useful when using certain types of transparencies and may maximize the effect you desire. While similar in chemistry, there is a harder polymer in the new "digital" plate which has no bearing on exposure or washout. Solarplate I and the new Solarplate "Digital" are the same thickness, steel backed and may be used on a magnetic inking surface to secure the plate while carding. Since the digital plate is new, you may want to find out if it can benefit your images or not; in most cases the plates are interchangeable.
