Please note:

Due to our product diversity and different requirements for shipping products (such as hazardous materials surcharges, packaging, etc.), we are unfortunately unable to calculate your shipping costs until your order is processed and packed.

You still must choose a shipping method from the checkout page. For a breakdown and description of shipping please read the Shipping Information Below. Please remember shipping is not free.

If you would like to know your exact shipping charges, please feel free to request such by sending us an e-mail, or by calling us toll free at 888-833-3398.

Also please be advised that our manufacturers increase prices regularly; on occasion some prices in our on line store have not yet been updated to reflect this.

Thank you for your patronage!

Shipping Information

U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) - An excellent means of shipping small to medium size orders. Maximum weight per package - 150 lbs. Hazardous materials package has a maximum weight of 70 lbs. Maximum length per package is 108 inches. Maximum size per package length and girth combined is 130 inches. If package measures any fraction beyond the 130 inch size limit an additional $50.00 assessment will be added. Minimum charge for a package measuring 84 inches in length and girth combined will equal to the charge for a package weighing 30 lbs. (This applies to ground service.)

Truck (Motor Freight Shipments) - Most large shipments will be shipped in this manner. Truck shipments are usually "tailgate delivery" the carriers responsibility ends when the goods are moved as far as the tailgate of the truck. It is the consignee's responsibility to get the goods off the truck which can be very difficult without proper handling. The other alternative is to specify "inside delivery" when placing your order. The carrier will charge an additional fee for this service.

Freight Collect - Freight charges for the carrier must be paid at the time of delivery. The truck driver is usually instructed to collect cash or a bank check.

C.O.D. (Collect or Cash on Delivery) - Monies collected are for all goods shipped in addition to the shipping charges. All U.P.S. / C.O.D. shipments have an additional $7.50 added to the shipping charges for the C.O.D. tag. C.O.D. truck shipments require the driver to pick up cash or a bank check. The carrier charges an additional fee for this service. UPS no longer accepts cash on COD shipments, bank check, personal check or money order.

Hazard Restrictions - A hazardous handling charge of $22.50 per package is now assessed by U.P.S. in addition to your regular shipping charges. There are certain size restrictions on some hazardous materials shipped by U.P.S. Full strength nitric acid (5 pt. bottles), 35% nitric acid (5 pt. bottles), hydrochloric acid (5 pt. bottles), and glacial acetic acid (gallons) these products can only be shipped by motor freight. We do not ship hazards by air. Parcel Post does not accept hazardous materials under any circumstances.

We will determine the least expensive, safest and most efficient way to ship your order, and bill these charges to you only after your order has been shipped. A minimum shipping charge of $5.00 will be charged for all small orders. Shipping charges vary anywhere from 10% - 15% depending on the distance your goods will travel and the weight. There are many new options to choose from through U.P.S. Please ask about these when ordering.
